CommonBond Advisory began long before it had a name. Nearly twenty years ago, when Audrey lost her father, he asked that donations be made to a mental health organization called The Common Bond. She did not know then how that name would return to her life. She only knew it carried meaning, connection, and quiet hope.
Nearly a decade into her Human Resources career, supported by an MBA and SHRM CP certification, that meaning became clear. Across every workplace, from fast moving startups to growing mid size companies, Audrey saw the same truth. People want to feel heard, seen, and valued. That belief became the foundation of her work and the purpose behind this firm.
